4+2 Free - Active Boxer Briefs

The first piece of underwear is covered by the Size Promise service. We recommend that you try one piece and keep the others unopened with the blue seal attached.

If you ordered the wrong size or are not satisfied with the product after trying the first one, we will exchange the eligible items in your order for the correct size at no additional cost.

For example, if you return two out of three items, you will receive an exchange in the correct size for the three items you ordered.

Free Shipping
All orders in the EU and UK enjoy free shipping from €50.

Premium Shipping
A flat shipping rate of €3.99 applies for orders up to €50.

Returns
We accept returns of unopened underwear/socks and unworn T-shirts if requested within 30 days after delivery. T-shirts must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. Underwear and socks must be returned in unopened packaging with the blue hygiene seal attached. Underwear and socks are considered a hygiene item. Once the product packaging is opened, the right to return it is limited. If it's your first order, you can claim a free exchange once under the Size Promise.

Exchange
Exchange for a different size is always free of charge. A cancelled order incurs a €3.99 return fee.

We have partnered with Greenspark to offset carbon emissions for every KHAIZEN product bought. Our products offset the actual amount of greenhouse gas that's required to make a single product.

We support vetted climate-positive projects around the world that reduce global greenhouse gas emissions in line with the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, ensuring that we maximise both our environmental and social footprints.
